These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the crecax platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, payment services, and account features available to registered players in Bangladesh. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

You must be at least 18 years of age and located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted for personal use. crecax accounts are strictly for individual, personal use by the registered account holder only.
All transactions on crecax are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Supported channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi bank transfers. Minimum deposit is ৳500. Withdrawal processing targets under 15 minutes for mobile wallet channels.
All bonuses issued by crecax are subject to wagering requirements clearly stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any related winnings may be withdrawn. crecax reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers at any time.
Any attempt to exploit technical errors, use automated betting software, engage in arbitrage, collude with other players, or manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crecax login credentials. crecax will never ask for your password by email or chat. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported a breach to crecax support.

General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and crecax ("crecax", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the crecax website, mobile platform, and all associated services including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, e-sports wagering, live dealer tables, payment processing, and customer support.
By registering an account on crecax, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the crecax platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the crecax platform.
crecax reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, crecax will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a notice on the platform. Continued use of the crecax platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
These Terms must be read in conjunction with the crecax Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and crecax. Where these Terms are silent on a specific matter, the relevant supplementary policy shall apply.
crecax operates as an online entertainment platform. All references to currency on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless expressly stated otherwise. All monetary thresholds, limits, bonus amounts, and wagering requirements stated in these Terms and in any associated promotional materials are expressed in BDT.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain an account on crecax, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing the platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
- You are not acting on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from crecax or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a crecax employee or contractor involved in the operation of the platform.
- You are registering with truthful, accurate, and complete personal information and will maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account.
crecax reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle, including but not limited to at registration, prior to processing a first withdrawal, following a change to account details, or where there is reasonable suspicion that an account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh or another recognised jurisdiction.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
As part of crecax's commitment to responsible gaming and regulatory good practice, all accounts are subject to KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed. KYC may also be triggered at subsequent withdrawal milestones or in response to specific account activity. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by crecax support may result in withdrawal processing being paused until verification is complete. KYC does not affect your ability to continue using the platform for deposits and wagering during the verification period.
Documents submitted for KYC are processed securely and handled in accordance with the crecax Privacy Policy. crecax will never share your identity documents with third parties except where required by applicable law or fraud prevention obligations.
Account Registration
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the crecax platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, a different mobile number, or any other means of obfuscating identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, crecax reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending bonuses held within them.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate details including your full legal name (as it appears on government-issued identification), a valid and active email address, a mobile number registered in your name, a date of birth, and a secure password of your own choosing. You must ensure that these details remain accurate and up to date throughout the life of your account. Requests to update account details must be submitted to crecax support and may require documentary verification.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your crecax login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. crecax will never contact you by email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel to request your password.
If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify crecax support immediately at [email protected]. crecax will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the affected account. However, crecax accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
crecax strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA provides an additional layer of security by requiring a verification code in addition to your password at login. This feature can be enabled from your account security settings after login.
One Account Per Household
Where multiple individuals at the same residential address register separate crecax accounts, crecax may request additional verification to confirm that each account belongs to a distinct individual. crecax reserves the right to apply bonus restrictions to accounts sharing an IP address or device with another registered account.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals on the crecax platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). crecax does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or your bank) may apply its own transaction charges at its discretion. crecax is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.

Deposit Limits
The minimum single deposit amount on crecax is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by crecax at the platform level; however, your payment provider may impose transaction limits that restrict the amount of any individual transfer. Player-set deposit limits applied through the responsible gaming tools are binding and take effect immediately when set or reduced.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests submitted to a bKash or Nagad mobile wallet are typically processed within fifteen minutes of the request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. crecax targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on any given calendar day.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have been used to deposit to the same account, or to accounts that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not associated with the account holder are not permitted under any circumstances.
Bonus Balance & Withdrawals
Bonus funds credited to your crecax account are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Only real-money cash balance — derived from deposits and qualifying winnings — is eligible for withdrawal. crecax's cashier interface clearly distinguishes between real-money balance and bonus balance at all times.
Bonuses & Promotions
crecax offers promotional bonuses to new and existing registered players from time to time. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and tournament prize pools issued by crecax are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In any conflict between specific offer terms and these general conditions, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements
All deposit match bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified in the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be requested. The wagering requirement applicable to each offer is stated clearly in the offer terms and in your account bonus dashboard.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute at 100% of the staked amount toward clearing a wagering requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%) or may not contribute at all. The specific game contribution rates for each active bonus are listed in the bonus terms available in your account dashboard.
Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the offer terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account without notice. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. Wagering progress associated with an expired bonus is also forfeited.
Bonus Abuse
crecax actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements while minimising variance, staking imbalances across games with different contribution rates, and coordinated play across linked accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, crecax reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings generated while the bonus was active, and/or close the account.
Promotional Changes
crecax reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or replace any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while players are actively participating in it, crecax will honour progress made prior to withdrawal on a case-by-case basis at its discretion.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the crecax platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. You accept full responsibility for any activity that occurs under your registered account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the crecax platform and will result in immediate investigation and potential account action, including permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point when requested by crecax.
- Using another person's identity, payment method, or financial account to register or transact on crecax without that person's express, legally valid consent.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors in odds, display glitches, or any other technical malfunction on the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known exploits are void.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the crecax platform in a manner not sanctioned by crecax, including automated bet placement, automated game play, and screen-scraping tools.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any coordinated manipulation of sporting events on which crecax offers betting markets.
- Colluding with other players in live poker, card games, or any other competitive game format available on the platform.
- Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies using crecax odds in combination with those of other platforms in a manner that guarantees profit regardless of outcome, commonly known as "arbing".
- Using the crecax platform in connection with any money laundering scheme, including structuring deposits and withdrawals to disguise the origin of funds.
- Harassing, threatening, abusing, or using discriminatory language toward crecax staff or other players in any communication channel provided by the platform.
- Accessing or attempting to access any other player's account, administrative functions, or backend systems of the platform.
crecax reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether a particular pattern of behaviour constitutes a breach of these prohibitions. Decisions on account action following an investigation are final and binding. Where criminal conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, crecax will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and relevant financial investigation bodies.
Account Suspension & Closure
crecax reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected or confirmed bonus abuse; suspected or confirmed fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or any activity that crecax reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request closure of your crecax account at any time by contacting the support team. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided that no active withdrawal holds are in place. Bonus balances and associated wagering progress are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a responsible gaming tool available to all crecax members and is distinct from voluntary account closure. A self-exclusion prevents you from accessing your account for a defined period (30 days, 6 months, or 12 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion is irrevocable during the chosen period. Your real-money balance is held securely during the exclusion and returned to you upon expiry where the exclusion period is finite. Closure for Breach
Where an account is closed by crecax as a result of a breach of these Terms, crecax reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance pending investigation. The scope of any balance forfeiture will be proportionate to the nature and severity of the breach. crecax will communicate the outcome of the investigation to the account holder at the email address on record within a reasonable timeframe, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing fraud or law enforcement investigation.
Limitation of Liability
The crecax platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While crecax invests significantly in platform reliability, uptime, and security, crecax does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect access to some or all platform features.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crecax shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the crecax platform; (b) any interruption, delay, or failure in platform service; (c) any error in odds, game results, or account balance display subsequently corrected in accordance with these Terms; (d) any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials; or (e) any decision you make to wager on the crecax platform.
Gambling involves risk. Wagering on sports, casino games, or any other product available on the crecax platform may result in the loss of your deposited funds. crecax is an entertainment platform and does not guarantee any return on wagering activity. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make as a player and for managing your gaming activity within your personal financial means.
Nothing in these Terms limits crecax's liability for death or personal injury caused by crecax's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication with crecax support will be referred to appropriate dispute resolution channels. crecax is committed to fair and transparent resolution of all player concerns.
